Brigadier General (ret.) Billy J. Bingham has more than 40 years of extensive experience in the US and International activities of the Intelligence and Defense Communities. His experience encompasses all phases of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) operations. This includes comprehensive experience in the many intelligence disciplines including: planning, programming, budgeting, and development processes for C4ISR equipment; intelligence & military systems architecture; application of intelligence in strategic and tactical planning of military operations; cybersecurity & information assurance.
Prior to starting Bingham Technical Solutions, Inc, Mr. Bingham was the Senior VP for Corporate Development at SAIC. Before joining the private sector, he was Assistant Deputy Director of Operations at the National Security Agency and prior to that, the Director of Intelligence for the United States Pacific Command.
Lt Col (ret.) Gregory Bingham is a senior executive who provides high-level IT and analyst support to the Intelligence Community and other US Government agencies. After spending 25+ years as an Air Force Officer, A/OA-10 Instructor Pilot, and civilian contractor supporting Department of Defense and other US Government agencies, Greg has a deep understanding of the support systems needed to successfully execute a wide range of government missions. By delivering exceptional contractor support to develop, operate, and maintain critical government systems, Greg strives to constantly improve the US Government’s ability to protect and defend the nation.
Greg has extensive leadership and management experience including: leading and managing a small business; leading and executing lethal combat operations; managing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations; directing theater level command & control; and providing the full breadth of aviation and Close Air Support training. Greg is also a certified Aircraft Accident Board President and investigator.
In addition to his aviation certifications as a Command Pilot, Instructor Pilot, and Evaluator Pilot, Greg holds a MS in Aerospace Science from Embry-Riddle University and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
